CREATIVE PREFABS made of pre coated steel sheets and thermally insulated with PUF. It has strength of steel, good aesthetics, light weight and have very effective heat and sound insulation.
Walls : Made of pre-fabricated sandwich PUF panel 50 mm thick. Outer & inner having pre coated colour coated micro ribbed profile sheet & core of PUF.The panel have joint on tongue and groove joint for tight fixing panels and supported on steel floor with U channel.
Roof : Made of pre-fabricated PUF sandwich panel with outer sheet color coated Glamet roofing panel & inner plain with core of Polyurethane 30mm thickness.
Frame Structure : The entire wall, roof panels are supported by Steel frame structure such that floor level is 300mm above the ground level.
